Can I book just parts of my trip with you, or do I need to book everything?
Full-service planning allows us to create a more cohesive and customized experience for you. While we recommend booking your entire trip with us for a seamless experience, we’re happy to assist with individual components, such as flights, accommodations, or activities. Our guided group experiences typically do not include airfare.
Is travel insurance really necessary?
Choosing to insure your trip is optional, however, we strongly recommend that you do so to protect your investment.
Can you accommodate last-minute trip requests?
While we aim to meet every client's needs, we are unable to accommodate requests made within 30 days of the desired departure date. For trips planned within 30-90 days, services are subject to availability and may include an expedited planning fee.
Will using a travel advisor be more expensive than if I book travel on my own?
Not necessarily. While there may be a planning fee for our services, we often have access to special rates, amenities, and upgrades that can add significant value to your trip. Additionally, the time, stress, and effort you save, along with the enhanced experience we provide, often outweigh any additional costs. In many cases, our clients find that the benefits far exceed the expense.
Do you provide detailed, line-item pricing for my trip?
To comply with supplier confidentiality agreements, we do not provide pricing for every component of your trip. In addition to the general booking, additional line items are typically included for travel planning fees and trip insurance.
